Core Power Fusion

Experience a dynamic blend of yoga, pilates, and ballet techniques, designed to strengthen the core body. In this class you will use barre, mat-work, and strength-training exercises to develop the body from shoulder to hip. Each exercise re-trains and develops the supportive muscles of the spine, great for preventing or healing "normal" back pain.

All levels welcome.

Power Yoga Basics

Introduces core Power Vinyasa postures and sequences to new students and intermediate-level students who want to improve the form and technique of their core postures. Learn the basics while increasing strength and improving flexibility. This 90-minute class is conducted in a warm (not hot) studio.

All levels welcome — recommended for new students.

Power Hour

Combines deep breathing with specific sequences of yoga postures, which flow together to create a challenging total-body workout. This 60-minute class is conducted in a hot studio.

All levels welcome.

PranaVayu

A style of Vinyasa that blends creative sequencing with a unique system of alignment that emphasizes strength and flexibility through attention to form and flow. Breathing exercises and meditation techniques are integrated into every class to center the mind and calm the body. The PranaVayu sequences provide an efficient and logical methodology to develop your practice. This 90-minute class is conducted in a warm (not hot) studio.

Forrest Yoga

A strength building yoga style that helps you connect to your core. This class combines deep breathing with vigorous sequences and holding postures to help you cleanse, oxygenate, and rejuvenate every cell. Get ready to go deeper! This 75-minute class is conducted in a warm (not hot) studio.
