Power Yoga Basics

Introduces core Power Vinyasa postures and sequences to new students and intermediate-level students who want to improve the form and technique of their core postures. Learn the basics while increasing strength and improving flexibility. This 90-minute class is conducted in a warm (not hot) studio.

All levels welcome — recommended for new students.

Power Hour

Combines deep breathing with specific sequences of yoga postures, which flow together to create a challenging total-body workout. This 60-minute class is conducted in a hot studio.

All levels welcome.
