| Jennifer has always been fascinated by the human body, its movement, its strength, and limitless capabilities. It wasn’t until her first yoga class that she found a natural healing effect and calming union between the mind and body. She fell in love with the detoxifying qualities and clarity she felt after a hot vinyasa practice and wanted to share this experience with others.
Jennifer graduated college with a degree in Exercise Physiology/Sport Management. Jennifer has studied with Boston Yoga and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Trainings with Baron Baptiste. She teaches a dynamic, powerful flow that emphasizes, individual creativity, strength, flexibility, and balance. |
Vito took his first class at the recommendation of a Physical Therapist who was treating his sprained neck. From that first class, he didn't know what hit him but kept coming back to find out. Vito is primarily inspired to teach and assist in order to share this healthy, powerful and transformative practice. His goal is to keep class challenging while stressing safe alignment and never taking things too seriously.
Vito completed his 200 Hour Teacher Training with Natasha Rizopoulos in the YogaWorks method -- inspired by a synthesis of Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga. Vito also completed the Assistant training program at Baptiste Power Yoga. |
Nathan started practicing in 1997, and over the years he has found asana to be a reliable way to heal and strengthen, mind, heart and body. Nathan has found that whatever the traditions or techniques, the goal remains the same: connect to your best Self; act from the whispered counsel of wisdom; defy fear; nurture love, and, ultimately; discover your truth.
He was certified to teach at Frog Lotus Yoga, and has been teaching regularly and extensively since 2006. Nathan has furthered his training in yoga workshops with Sarah Powers, Beryl Bender Birch, David Williams, Patricia Walden and Baron Baptiste. He has also regularly practiced and studied the techniques of a variety of meditation and wisdom traditions.
