Clear your mind before your asana practice and watch how magical your flow becomes. The first 15 minutes of class are dedicated to a silent meditation; you may enter at any time during these 15 minutes and set up your sacred space. A 60-minute warm flowing practice will follow the meditation. Please come with an open mind. We have so much wisdom inside ourselves, if only we can learn to listen...
