Kismet's Power and Strengthening classes include Vinyasa, PranaVayu, and Forrest styles. Kismet's Power Hour and Power Vinyasa classes are taught in a heated studio (approximately 100 degrees) - PranaVayu and Forrest classes are warm (80 - 90 degrees).

Kismet offers slower, cooler classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sunday night Relax & Renew for those who prefer a gentler workout.

Practicing yoga improves body, mind, and spiritual health:

  • Build strength, increase endurance, and improve flexibility.
  • Improve respiration, cardiovascular health, and circulation, while maintaining a balanced metabolism.
  • Maintain a healthy self image as you create a toned, flexible, and strong body.
  • Increase concentration and your ability to focus your energy with intention.
  • Experience an interdependence between mind, body, and spirit while developing a sense of oneness.

When attending a class at Kismet, please bring a towel, a mat, and plenty of water. Rental towel and mats available; water and energy bars are for sale at the center.

New students should arrive 15-20 minutes early.
