Kismet offers slower, cooler classes including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Sunday night Relax & Renew for those who prefer a gentler workout.

When attending a class at Kismet, please bring a towel, a mat, and plenty of water. Rental towel and mats available; water and energy bars are for sale at the center.
New students should arrive 15-20 minutes early.
