Join Brad for this fun and energizing workout either 2 or 3 days a week, where you will monitor both your weight and nutrition to ensure your wellness goals are achieved.
Week 1 - Cardio/Aerobic Fusion: get yourself moving and ready to get in shape!
Week 2 - Core Conditioning/Butt and Belly Blasting: focus on problem areas that won't go away without isolated movements to target these difficult areas.
Week 3 - High Intensity Muscle Condtioning: focus on full body muscle conditioning, including arms, legs, core and more!
Week 4 - Brad's Proprietized KBX: combines the toughest of the previous weeks' workouts while adding High Intensity Ballistic Training to help you achieve your goal!
Payment covers the entire four-week session - Mon, Wed, Fri:
